How can I add a new user to the KeepZone?
If a new user is created, in short time a window will pop up telling us that Smart Shield Home detected a new user it was created. You need to log on with that new user at least once to allow Windows OS to create the user profile folders and open the Smart Shield Home GUI. Click on the KeepZone button, select the user/users that you and to add to the KeepZone and click on "Add to KeepZone" button. Then you will be asked to restart the computer . You don't need to be logged with an administrator account to add a user to the KeepZone or change any Smart Shield Home configuration. But changing the protection or the password will require Smart Shield Home password. The Keep Zone button will be unavailable next time after the user/users are added to the Keepzone successfully.
