How can I uninstall Smart Shield Home?

Please use Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel to uninstall Smart Shield Home. The uninstall process takes 2 steps, after the first step, the computer reboots and the uninstall will continue automatically when windows finished loading. If you have Vista 32bit, you will see an alert balloon and an icon in the notification area asking for permissions to run an application in Startup. Please allow here the Smart Shield uninstall process to run. If you have Windows 7, sometimes you don't see the alert and to complete the uninstall please run again the uninstall process from Add/Remove Programs. After the process is done, it will require another reboot.
You can start the uninstall process by running the installation package again. If you have Smart Shield Home installed on your computer and you will run the installation package, you will get the uninstall menu.
The uninstall process is not starting if the Smart Shield Home protection is on. You need to turn off the protection in order to uninstall Smart Shield Home.
