I have a KeepZone button in the GUI
After a successful installation of Smart Shield Home, there are only 3 buttons in the configuration window (Protection Mode, Change Password, Windows Update).To open the configuration window (GUI) double click on Smart Shield icon or right click on Smart Shield icon and choose "Configure" from the menu. If you have the KeepZone button, that means at least one of the users profile folder was not moved to the KeepZone. Here there is an option to add the user/users to the KeepZone but most likely will not work because the same process didn't work during the installation. Try to clean the user/users profile folders, delete all Temporary Internet files, and then try to add the user/users to the KeepZone or uninstall and install Smart Shield Home again.
