No Smart Shield Home icon after installation.

If the Smart Shield Home icon is not showing up in the notification area, the Centurion Technologies service may not be started or the communication between the service and the GUI is blocked by a firewall. Open Control Panel ->  Administrative Tools -> Services and make sure the Centurion Technologies service is started. If it is started, make sure the software firewall is configured to allow the communication between ctsrsvc.exe (the service) and ctsrgui.exe (GUI).
