I got a disk full message when I want to copy a file to my computer but I still have enough free space.
Smart Shield Home keeps the data that you have it in the Keepzone in a file (pstorage.cen) located in the root of C:\. If this file is full (the amount of data in the KeepZone is about the size of the file), you cannot copy more data into the Keepzone even if windows explorer is reporting that you have enough room on your C: drive.
Unfortunately we cannot resize the keepzone file. The size of this file is established by the amount of free space available on the C:\ drive when Smart Shield Home was installed and it is about 1/3 of the free space. If you want to save more data into the keepzone, you need to move some data that you have already there outside the keepzone.
For example turn the protection off and move some pictures on another folder not located in any user profile folder, like C:\Pictures. Or you can move some keepzone data on another partition or external drive.
