  After installation, all user profiles will be in the Keep Zone.
• Can I move folders into and out of the Keep Zone at any time? (0)
  No. Folders are moved into the Keep Zone during the installation and it contains the user profile folders.
• Can I enable/disable SmartShield Home without rebooting or restarting my computer? (0)
  No.
• No Smart Shield Home icon after installation. (1)
  If the Smart Shield Home icon is not showing up in the notification area, the service may not be started or the communication between the service and the GUI is blocked by a firewall.
