What is the difference between Smart Shield Home and Smart Shield?

Smart Shield has no KeepZone, but it has many other features and configuration options. It has the Persistent Storage. Smart Shield has the capability to block USB devices, fireware devices. It has stealth mode, can be installed using an answer file and can be managed remotely by a Smart Control Resource Manager application. With Smart Shield we can resize the temporary storage and the persistent storage and we can protect other partitions or internal drives. -
I got a disk full message when I want to copy a file to my computer but I still have enough free space.

Keep Zone file can be full and you cannot save more data into the KeepZone. Save the file on an external drive or another partition and later move some of the data that you have it in the Keepzone outside the Keepzone. Do not move the data outside the Keepzone on the C:\ drive while you are protected because this data will be deleted upon reboot. -
Can I install Smart Shield Home if I have a RAID configuration?

No. Smart Shield Home will not work with any RAID configuration. -
Can I install Smart Shield Home if I have Smart Restart installed?

No, you need to uninstall Smart Restart before installing Smart Shield Home. Do not install Smart Shield Home on top of Smart Restart. Also, make sure you backed up the data that you have in the KeepZone.
