The computer is stuck in the "Please wait..." message

If the computer is stuck in the "Please wait while this Smart Shield product finishes its work... " or "The fail safe nature of Smart Shield Home requires the installation of a Keep Zone..." message, restarting the computer will not help. A registry key needs to be deleted in order to be able to log on again in Windows. -
I downloaded the chm manual and I cannot view the content.

In order to see the content, please download the file on your computer, double click on it and uncheck "Always ask before opening this file" before clicking on "Open".
