SmartShield for home users.

• The files that I saved in My Documents folder are deleted. (0)
  If the files that are saved into the KeepZone are deleted upon reboot, the KeepZone was not created during the installation.
• I have a KeepZone button in the GUI (0)
  If you have a KeepZone button in the configuration window after you installed Smart Shield Home that means at least one of the users profile folder was not moved to the KeepZone.
• How can I add a new user to the KeepZone? (0)
  If a new user is created, log on with the new user, open the GUI and add it to the KeepZone using the KeepZone button.
• The computer displays the "Windows update" and I cannot log in. (0)
  The window time that SmartShield Home is preventing the user to log in during the Windows Update process is 2h.
• How can I uninstall Smart Shield Home? (0)
  Use ADD/Remove Programs or run the installation package again. The uninstall process requires the machine to reboot two times.
